Notes to self
A Writing Style Disclaimer
When it comes to talking about the creative process of a piece of art, both visual and audio, i think is profoundly valuable to discuss about the inspirations and circumstances that motivated the creation in the first place. It might be that concept comes next as byproduct and a need to effectively convert a cloud of ideas into a unique artefact. The realisation of a concept might come at the very early stages of a given project or at times it might be clear later or sometimes would remain vague and unclear even after it had been presented to the public. Nevertheless, situations, ideas, life events, stimulations, trends, personal goals, all play a key role in motivating artistic expression. For that reason the majority of the articles found on this site will all have a personal, perhaps anecdotal it times, kind of vibe - as for example in Retrospective. There’s digital artwork and music here inspired by mundane things as an IKEA poster or inspired by personal (or not) life changing events. And indeed, revealing too much details about and artwork could lead to certain interpretations, but i hope that won’t ruin the experience for the visitors but instead it will enhance it.
